心理护理对宫颈癌患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨心理护理对宫颈癌患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的宫颈癌患者80例，依据随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组（n=40）和心理护理组（n=40）。常规护理组进行常规护理，心理护理组在常规组基础上联合心理护理。对比分析两组患者不良情绪及睡眠质量情况。结果 护理前，两组患者的SCL-90 量表中各项 不良情绪评分比较，差异均不显著（P>0.05）；护理后，心理护理组患者的SCL-90 量表中抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、精神病性评分均显著低于护理前和常规护理组（P<0.05），常规护理组患者各项不良情绪评分与护理前无明显差异（P>0.05）。心理护理组患者的睡眠质量优良率为70.00%（28/40），显著高于常规护理组的40.00%（16/40）（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理能够有效改善宫颈癌患者不良情绪、睡眠质量。

Influence of psychological nursing on the sleep quality and negative emotion in patients with cervical cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing on the sleep quality and negative emotion in patients with cervical cancer. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016, 80 cases of cervical cancer patients who treated in our hospital were grouped into routine care group (n=40) and psychological care group (n=40) according to the random number table. The routine care group was given routine care, while the psychological care group received psychological care on the basis of the routine care. The sleep quality and negative emotion between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the SCL-90 scale scores of negative emotion between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); after nursing, the scores of depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis in the SCL-90 scale in the psychological care group were significantly lower than those before nursing and in the routine care group (P<0.05), the negative emotion scores in the routine care group were not different from those before nursing (P>0.05). The excellent sleep rate was 70.00% (28/40) in the psychological care group, which was significantly higher than 40.00% (16/40) in the routine care group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care can improve the negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with cervical cancer.
