QC 手法在护理质量分析中的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨QC手法在护理质量分析中的应用效果。方法 采用QC手法中的柏拉图、因果图（鱼骨图）、头脑风暴法对我院的护理质量进行分析。采用护理质量检查评价表对全院护理病区进行质量检查，针对检查出来的问题绘制柏拉图，找出关键问题。运用头脑风暴法绘制因果图分析原因，制定出切实可行的整改措施，并在下一次的质量检查中进行跟踪验证。结果 我院2016年一、二季度健康教育缺陷频次下降率为44.23%，特一级护理缺陷频次下降率为39.30%。结论 应用QC手法中的柏拉图能够找出护理质量存在的关键问题，采用头脑风暴分析原因，制定具体可行的改进措施，可有效提高护理质量。

Application of quality control method in the quality analysis of nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate effectiveness of quality control method (QC ) in the quality analysis of nursing. Methods The quality of care in our hospital was analyzed by Plato, causal map (fish bone map) and brainstorming method. The nursing quality inspection and evaluation table were used to inspect quality of nursing in the whole hospital area, Plato of the problems checked out was drawed to find key questions. The causal map was drawed with brainstorming method to analyze reasons, then the practical corrective measures were conducted, and in the next quality check for follow -up verification. Results After the rectification, the frequency of health education defects in our hospital in the first and second quarter decreased by 44.23% , and the drop rate of special grade nursing was 39.30% . Conclusion The use of QC techniques with Plato can find the key of the quality of care problems, and the use of brainstorm can analyze reasons, so as to conduct specific and feasible improvement measures and improve the quality of care.
