复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月至2017年1月于本院接受治疗的90例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=50）。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗，观察组患者采用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组心电图、心绞痛改善总有效率分别为96.00%、96.00%，均高于对照组的80.00%、82.50%（P<0.05）；观察组患者心血管事件发生率为4.00%，显著低于对照组的17.50%（P<0.05）。结论 曲美他嗪联合复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果显著，可改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of compound Danshen dropping pill combined with trimetazidine in patients with unstable angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Danshen dropping pill combined with trimetazidine in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety unstable angina pectoris patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=50) according to treatment methods. The control group received routine western medicine, and the observation group accepted trimetazidine combined with compound Danshen dropping pill. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of improvements on electrocardiogram and angina pectoris of the observation group were 96.00% and 96.00%, which were higher than 80.00% and 82.50% of the control group respectively (P<0.05). The incidence of cardioascular events of the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 17.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with compound Danshen dropping pill on unstable angina pectoris is significant. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
