膝骨性关节炎患者行关节置换、关节镜清理结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨膝骨性关节炎行关节置换、关节镜清理结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗的效果。方法 选取我院骨科2014年5月至 2016年5月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者80例，随机将其分为关节置换组（n=40）和关节镜清理结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗组（关 节镜组，n=40），比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前、后的VAS评分、Lysholm评分。结果 关节镜组治疗优良率为90.0%，与关节置换组的87.5%比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前（P<0.05），Lysholm评分高于治疗前（P<0.05），治疗前、后两组的VAS评分、Lysholm 评分差异均不显著（P>0.05）。结论 膝骨性关节炎患者行关节置换、关节镜清理结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗的效果相当，均能够提升患者的生活质量，值得临床充分重视。

Clinical effect of knee arthroplasty and arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knee joint replacement and arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in department of orthopedics of our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into knee arthroplasty group (n=40) and arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection group (arthroscopy group, n=40), then the clinical efficacy, VAS score and Lysholm scores before and after treatment were statistically analyzed between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the arthroscopic group was 90.0%, compared with 87.5% of the knee arthroplasty group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), Lysholm scores were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), the differences in the VAS scores and Lysholm scores before and after treatment between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate injection has equal clinical effect to knee arthroplasty, they both can enhance the patients`` quality of life, which is worthy of clinical attention.
