髋关节置换术治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者56例为研究对象。按照就诊先后顺序，将患者分为研究组与对照组，各28例。对照组患者给予动力髋螺钉进行治疗，研究组患者给予髋关节置换术进行治疗。治疗后随访12个月，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、开始负重时间、住院时间与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者术后Harris 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组患者并发症总发生率为0.0%，明显低于对照组的28.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床治疗过程中，采用人工髋关节置换术进行治疗临床效果显著，且并发症少，安全可靠，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of hip replacement in the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of hip replacement in the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Fifty -six unstable intertrochanteric fractures patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the admission sequences, with 28 cases in each group. The control group received dynamic hip screw treatment, and the study group accepted hip replacement. All the patients were followed up for 12 months, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, start load time, length of hospital stay had significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference in Harris scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The total incidence of complication rate of the study group was 0.0%, which was lower than 28.6% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hip replacement in the treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fractures is remarkable. It is safe and reliable with fewer complications, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
