雌孕激素复合口服避孕药治疗功能失调性子宫出血49例的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析雌孕激素复合口服避孕药治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法 2015年2月至2016年10月，在我院接受治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者共98例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例，对照组的治疗药物为结合雌激素片， 观察组则在对照组的基础上联合应用口服避孕药。对比两组的临床疗效、出血控制时间和完全止血时间。结果 观察组的临床治疗总有效率为97.96%，显著高于对照组的77.55%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=9.496，P=0.002）；观察组的出血控制时间为（29.49±12.26）h，显著短于对照组的（35.17±11.58）h（t=2.358，P=0.020）；观察组的完全止血时间为（54.38±22.94）h，显著优于 对照组的（85.21±22.13）h（t=6.771，P=0.000）。结论 雌孕激素复合口服避孕药治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床效果显著，可迅速控制患者的出血症状，显著改善其预后，值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of estrogen and progestin combined with oral contraceptives in 49 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of estrogen and progestin combined with oral contraceptives in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 98 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into control group and observation group according to the random allocation scheme, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conjugated estrogen tablets, while the observation group was treated with conjugatod estrogen tablets combined with oral contraceptives. The clinical efficacy, bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%, which was significantly higher than 77.55% of the control group (χ2=9.496, P=0.002). The bleeding control time of the observation group was (29.49±12.26) h, which was significantly shorter than (35.17±11.58) h of the control group (t=2.358, P=0.020). The complete hemostasis time of the observation group was (54.38±22.94) h, which was significantly better than (85.21±22.13) h of the control group (t=6.771, P=0.000). Conclusion In the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, estrogen and progesterone compound oral contraceptives has significant clinical efficacy, and could rapidly control the bleeding symptoms and improve the prognosis of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
