针灸治疗老年退行性膝关节炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨针灸治疗老年退行性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法 选取2010年1月至2016年1月我院收治的400例老年退行性膝关节炎患者为研究对象，根据不同治疗方法，将其分为研究组和参照组，每组200例。参照组患者采取常规西医治疗， 研究组患者在参照组基础上，采用针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的总有效率为95.0%，明显高于参照组的70.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的步行距离、活动范围评分均明显高于治疗前，且研究组患者的步行距离、活动范围评分明显高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针灸治疗老年退行性膝关节炎的 临床效果显著，可有效改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of senile degenerative arthritis of the knee

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of senile degenerative arthritis of the knee. Methods Four hundred patients with senile degenerative arthritis of the knee hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 200 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine, and the study group accepted acupuncture based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.0%, which was higher than 70.5% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the walking distance, range scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture has significant effect in the treatment of senile degenerative arthritis of the knee. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
