针刺配合电针治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 观察针刺配合电针治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效，为中风后遗症的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 本文研究对象为 60例于2015年6月至2016年6月在我院治疗的中风后遗症患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组30 例。 给予对照组患者常规功能训练和手法按摩，观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用针刺配合电针的治疗方法，比较两组患者的 治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.67%，显著高于对照组患者的73.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的Barther指数评价量表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的Barthel指数评价量表评分均较治疗前显著升高，且观察组患者的Barthel指数评价量表评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学 意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺配合电针治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效显著，可有效改善中风患者的后遗症症状，提高生活质量，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on stroke sequelae

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on stroke sequelae, and provide reference for the treatment of stroke sequelae. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with stroke sequelae in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine functional training and manual massage; on the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% , which was higher than 73.33% of the control group （P<0.05）. Before treatment, there no significant difference in the score of Barthel index rating scale between the two groups （P>0.05）; after treatment, the scores of Barthel index rating scale of the two groups significantly increased than those before treatment, and the scores of Barthel index rating scale of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P <0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and electroacupuncture has significant effect in the treatment of stroke sequelae, which can effectively improve the symptoms and the quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae. It is worth popularizing.
