清热凉血消 汤治疗寻常银屑病的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨清热凉血消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法 将100例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组，对照组50 例给予复方青黛胶囊治疗；观察组50例给予清热凉血消疕汤治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效 率为94.00%，明显高于对照组的76.00%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者PASI评分、IL-8、TNF-α 水平均明显低于治疗前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 清热凉血消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病效果显著，能够明显减轻皮损程度，且无明显不良反应，值得推广。

Curative effect of Qingre Liangxue Xiaobi decoction on psoriasis vulgaris

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qingre Liangxue Xiaobi decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods One hundred cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were collected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (50 cases) was given compound indigo capsules, while the observation group (50 cases) was treated with Qingre Liangxue Xiaobi decoction, the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PASI scores, IL -8 and TNF -α levels in the two groups were significantly lo wer than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Qingre Liangxue Xiaobi decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has significant
clinical effect, which can significantly reduce the extent of lesions, and has no obvious adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion.
