针对性护理在维持性血液透析患者人造血管动静脉内瘘护理中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨针对性护理在维持性血液透析患者人造血管动静脉内瘘护理中的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的维持性血液透析患者人造血管动静脉内瘘患者70例为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各35例。对照组患者给予常规护理， 研究组患者给予针对性护理。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率、1年通畅率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的透析流量、心理障碍评分、生活质量评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 维持性血液 透析患者人造血管动静脉内瘘经针对性护理，可有效避免并发症的出现，改善患者的身心状况，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of targeted nursing on arterovenous graft in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing on arterovenous graft in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Seventy maintenance hemodialysis patients with arterovenous graft admitted were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group received targeted nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction incidence of complications and patency rate among 1 years of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The dialysis flow, psychological disorder scores and life quality scores of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in maintenance hemodialysis patients with arterovenous graft can significantly avoid complications and improve the patients`` physical and mental condition, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
