心理干预与健康教育在社区高血压患者护理中的应用

摘要：

目的 观察在社区高血压患者的护理中实施心理干预和健康教育的效果。方法 选取我院社区高血压项目管理中的患者160例（2015年2月15日至2016年10月30日收治），将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各80例。对照组患者给予常规社区护理，观察组患者除此之外联合心理干预+健康教育，对比两组护理前、后的血压、护理依从性和 满意度等。结果 干预后，两组患者的血压均降低（P<0.05），观察组收缩压（112.92±3.27）mmHg、舒张压（75.26±2.49） mmHg 均低于对照组的（149.62±3.48）mmHg、（105.26±2.34）mmHg（P<0.05）。观察组护理依从性高达93.75%，满意度为（92.62±3.26）分，均高于对照组的80.00%、（78.62依4.81）分（P<0.05）。结论 社区高血压患者在实施护理中，使用健康教 育+心理护理模式，效果较好。

Application of psychological intervention and health education in the nursing of community hypertensive patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention and health education in the nursing of community hypertensive patients. Methods From February 15, 2015 to October 30, 2016, 160 patients were selected from the management of hypertension in our community. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine community care, while the observation group combined with psychological intervention + health education. The levels of blood pressure, nursing compliance and satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the blood pressure of both groups decreased (P<0.05). In the observation group, the systolic blood pressure was (112.92±3.27) mmHg, and the diastolic blood pressure was (75.26±2.49) mmHg, which were lower than (149.62±3.48) mmHg, (105.26±2.34) mmHg in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing compliance rate and satisfactory score of the observation group were 93.75% and (92.62±3.26), which were superior to 80.00% and (78.62±4.81) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education + psychological nursing model has better effect in the nursing of patients with community hypertension.
