一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩质量以及护理满意度的影响分析

摘要:
目的 探究一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2016年7月我院收治的400例足月初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各200例。对照组在分娩中采用一般助产模式,试验组在分娩中采用一对一责任制助产护理模式。对比两组初产妇的分娩质量及护理满意度。结果 试验组初产妇的产程明显短 于对照组(P<0.05);试验组初产妇产后2 h 的出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组各并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组初产妇的护理总满意度为95.50%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在初产妇分娩中实施一对一 责任制助产护理,可以缩短产妇总产程,减少产妇的产后出血量及并发症发生率,提高初产妇的护理满意度。

Effect analysis of one-to-one responsibility system deliver nursing on delivery quality and nursing satisfaction of primipara

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the one-to-one responsibility system deliver nursing on delivery quality and nursing satisfaction of primipara. Methods From January 2014 to July 2016, 400 cases of full-term primipara in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into control group and trial group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the general deliver mode, while the trial group was given one -to -one responsibility system deliver nursing. The quality of delivery and the satisfaction of the two groups were compard. Results The labor in the trial group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); the amount of bleeding at 2 h after delivery in the trial group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidences of each complication in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the total satisfaction of nursing in the trial group was 95.50%, which was significantly higher than 82.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The one-to-one responsibility system deliver nursing in patients can shorten labor, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction of primipara.
