全面护理模式应用于胆结石患者护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨胆结石患者应用全面护理模式的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年6月至2015年6月洛南县医院收治的胆结石患者108 例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。观察组给予全面护理模式，对照组给予常规护理模式，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间为（43.56.±7.58）min，术后排气时间为（21.32±3.56）h，住 院时间为（5.23±1.26）d，分别短于对照组的（58.45±8.63）min、（40.73±4.36）h、（7.34±1.35）d，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为98.15%，明显高于对照组的86.19%（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理模式缩短了胆结石患者的住院时间，有效促进患者术后恢复，巩固了手术效果，提高了治愈率和患者满意度。

Application efficacy of comprehensive nursing in patients with gallstone

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing in patients with gallstone. Methods A total of 108 patients with gallstone admitted into Shangnan Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing mode, while the control group was given routine nursing mode, and nursing efficacy of the two group were compared. Results In the observation group, the operation time was (43.56 ±7.58) min, the time of exsufflation after operation was (21.32±3.56) h, the hospital stays was (5.23±1.26) d, which were significantly shorter than (58.45 ±8.63) min, (40.73 ±4.36) h, (7.34 ±1.35) d in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.15%, which was higher than 86.19% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing applied in patients with gallstone has less recovery time, shorter operation time, it can effectively consolidate the operation efficacy and improve the cure rate and patients`` satisfactory rate.
