全植入式输液港在肿瘤化疗中的应用

摘要:

目的 探究全植入式输液港应用到肿瘤化疗中的效果和可行性。方法 选取我院2014年5月至2015年10月收治的100例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并总结置管成功率、术后并发症发生情况。结果 全部患者经过全植入式输液港治疗后,静脉置管成功率高达100.0%,其中经右侧颈内静脉植入60例,经右侧锁骨静脉植入35 例,经左侧颈内静脉植入5例。术后进行为期10个月的随访,并发症发生率为5.0%(5/100),其中1例术中出现导管内血栓形成,1例发生导管相关性感染,3例为锁骨部分皮肤疼痛。在肿瘤化疗患者中应用输液港装置输液,无渗漏,无夹闭综合征,无血胸、气胸的现象。结论 采用静脉全植入式输液港治疗肿瘤化疗患者,输液有效、方便、可靠、安全、快捷,可以有效控制渗漏、血胸、气胸、夹闭综合征现象的发生,进而提高患者的生活质量。

    Application of whole implantable infusion port in tumor chemotherapy

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of whole implantable infusion port in tumor chemotherapy. Methods One hundred cases of tumor chemotherapy patients treated in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the success rate of catheterization, incidence of postoperative complications were summarized. Results The success rate of venous catheter was up to 100.0% in the patients who completed whole implanted infusion port treatment, 60 cases had the right interal jugular vein implantation, 35 cases had the right clavicular vein implantation had the right internal jugular vein implantation, 5 cases had the left side of the internal jugular vein implantation. Followed up for 10 months after operation, the incidence rate of complications was 5.0% (5/100). One patient had intravascular thrombosis during operation, 1 patient had catheter -related infection and 3 cases had clavicular skin pain. In the application process of whole implantable infusion port, there was no leakage, clipping syndrome, blood chest, pneumothorax phenomenon. Conclusion Whole implantable infusion port applied in patients with tumor chemotherapy is effective, convenient, reliable, safe and quick, it can effectively control leakage, hemothorax, pneumothorax, clip syndrome and improve the patient``s quality of life.
