腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创术治疗肝外胆管结石的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创术治疗肝外胆管结石的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014—2016年收治的122例肝外胆管结石患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和试验组，每组61例。对照组患者实施传统开腹术治疗，试验组患者实施腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创术的治疗方法。比较两组患者的手术情况和术后情况。结果 试验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及残石率均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，试验组术后通气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间明显更短，住院费用明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 在肝外胆管结石的治疗过程中，采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创术临床效果显著，并可减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广和使用。

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone. Methods A total of 122 extrahepatic bile duct stone patients admitted in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group received conventional laparotomy, and the experimental group accepted laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy. The operation status and postoperative situation were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss volume, incidence of complications and residual calculi rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, in the experimental group the postoperative ventilation time, ambulation time and hospital stay were shorter, and the hospital expense was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy has significant effect in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone, which can reduce the incidence of complications, it can be widely applied in clinic.
