腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对患者卵巢功能的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取于我院接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的120例卵巢良性肿瘤患者为研究对象。根据囊肿情况将患者分为A 组（n=40）、B组（n=27）、C组（n=34）及D组（n=19）。比较四组患者手术前、后的性激素水平、月经及潮热盗汗发生情况。结果 术后3个月，四组患者FSH、FSH/LH、E2 水平与术前组内比较及各组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。术后3个月，A组及D组患者LH水平明显低于B组（P<0.05）。两组患者的月经及潮热盗汗发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术会影响患者的卵巢功能，但这种影响处于可控范围，具有临床推广价值。

Effects of laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination on ovarian function

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effects of laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination on ovarian function. Methods A total of 120 benign ovarian tumor patients who received laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were divided into group A (n=40), group B (n=27), group C (n=34) and group D (n =19). The sex hormones levels, menses and tidal fever and night sweating were compared between the four groups. Results After operation for 3 months, there were no significant differences in levels of FSH, FSH/LH and E2 compared with those before treatment, and between the four groups (P>0.05). After operation for 3 months, the LH level of the group B was higher than that of the group A and group D (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in menses and tidal fever and night sweating between the four groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination has effect on the patients`` ovarian function, but the effect is in a controlled range, therefore the laparoscopic ovarian cyst elimination has clinical promotion value.
