复方苦参注射液和参麦注射液配伍用于晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨复方苦参注射液和参麦注射液配伍用于晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法 将我院92 例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组与对照组各46 例，对照组给予标准化疗方案治疗，观察组采用复方苦参注射液与参麦注射液配伍治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效及T 细胞亚群变化。结果 两组缓解率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组临床受益率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后CD3^﹢、CD4^﹢百分比及CD4^﹢/CD8^﹢较治疗前提高，而对照组较治疗前降低，且观 察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复方苦参注射液和参麦注射液配伍治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效较好，可有效改善患者免疫功能，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical effect of compound matrine injection and Shenmai injection in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound matrine injection and Shenmai injection in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods A total of 92 patients with advanced malignant tumors in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received standard chemotherapy regimen, and the observation group was treated with compound matrine injection and Shenmai injection. The clinical efficacy and the change of T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the remission rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The clinical benefit rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the percentage of CD3^﹢ and CD4^﹢ and CD4^﹢/CD8^﹢ in the observation group increased, while those in the control group were lower than before, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound matrine injection and Shenmai injection are effective in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, and can effectively improve the immune function of the patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
