胎儿心律失常诊断中常规产前检查与胎儿心脏超声的临床应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析胎儿心律失常诊断中常规产前检查与胎儿心脏超声的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2016年1月至 2016年12月收治的52例胎儿心律失常孕妇的临床资料，对同一孕妇进行常规产前检查与超声心动图检查，比较两种检查 诊断方式的胎儿心律失常及其类型的检出情况。结果 两种检查方法的心房扑动、室上性心动过速、室性期前收缩、房性期前 收缩检出率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；与常规产前检查方式相比较，超声心动图检查的的窦性心动过缓（9.62%）、窦性心动 过速（13.46%）及胎儿心律失常的总检出率（100.00%）明显更高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 胎儿心律失常诊断中 胎儿心脏超声的临床应用效果十分显著，简便易行，可以为胎儿心律失常及类型的诊断提供准确的参考依据，值得在临床检 查诊断工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of routine prenatal examination and fetal echocardiographic in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of routine prenatal examination and fetal echocardiographic in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 52 pregnant women with fetal arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Routine prenatal examination and fetal echocardiographic were performed on all pregnant women. The fetal arrhythmia detection accuracy and its types with the two kinds of diagnostic methods were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the detection rate of atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular contraction and atrial contraction in the two methods (P>0.05); compared with the routine prenatal examination, the detection rate of sinus bradycardia (9.62%), sinus tachycardia (13.46%) and total detection rate of arrhythmia (100.00% ) with fetal echocardiographic were higher, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Fetal echocardiographic has obvious effect in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia, which is simple and easy to use, and can provide accurate reference for the fetal arrhythmia and its types, it is worthy of promotion in clinical diagnosis work.
