HPV、TCT与阴道镜下活检用于宫颈癌筛查的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨和分析人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）、新柏氏液基细胞学检测（TCT）与阴道镜下活检用于宫颈癌筛查的效果。方法 本次研究选择2014年1月至2016年1月在我院进行筛查的360例患者作为研究对象，均进行HPV、TCT 与阴道镜下活检， 比较HPV、TCT 和阴道镜下活检的检出符合率。结果 在阴道镜下活检经病理学检查呈阳性的患者为314例，其中81例为 CINⅠ，93例为CINⅡ，101例为CINⅢ，39例为浸润癌。以病理结果作为金标准，在阴道镜下活检经病理学检查呈阳性的患 者为314例，HPV、TCT联合阴道镜下活检检出符合率为100.0%，而HPV的检出符合率为93.95%，TCT的检出符合率为 91.72%，差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.173，P=0.279）。结论 在宫颈癌的筛查中，HPV、TCT联合阴道镜下活检的检出符合率很高， 能及早发现患者的癌前病变，还能降低患者的病死率，值得推广。

Effect analysis of HPV, TCT and colposcopic biopsy in the screening of cervical cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of human papilloma virus (HPV), thinprep cytologic test (TCT) and colposcopic biopsy in the screening of cervical cancer. Methods Three hundred and sixty patients undergoing cervical cancer screening in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the objects of the study. All the patients received HPV, TCT and colposcopic biopsy. The detection coincidence rates of three methods were compared. Results A total of 314 cases who received colposcopic biopsy were positive for pathological examination, including 81 cases of CINⅠ, 93 cases of CINⅡ, 101 cases of CIN Ⅲ, 39 cases of infiltrating carcinoma. Taking the pathological results as the golden standard, 314 cases who received colposcopic biopsy were positive for pathological examination. The detection coincidence rate of HPV, TCT combined with colposcopic biopsy was 100.0%. The detection coincidence rate of HPV was 93.95%. And the detection coincidence rate of TCT was 91.72%, there was no significant difference ( χ2=1.173, P=0.279). Conclusion In the screening of cervical cancer, the detection coincidence rate of HPV, TCT combined with colposcopic biopsy was very high, which can early discover precancerous lesions of the patient and reduce the mortality rate of the patients. It is worthy of promoting.
