优质护理在乳腺癌根治术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探究优质护理在乳腺癌根治术中的应用效果。方法 从我院2014年4月至2016年8月接受的乳腺癌根治性手术患者中选取130例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各65例。观察组给予优质护理，对照组给予基础护理，比较两组生活质量、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率为6.15%，明显低于对照组的18.46%（P<0.05）；观察组护理总满意度为93.85%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）；观察组术后生活质量评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 对乳腺癌根治术患者临床护理中实施优质护理，可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率，促进患者对护理工作的满意，提高其生活质量，值得应用。

Application effect of high quality nursing in radical operation of breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical effect of high quality nursing in radical operation of breast cancer. Methods A total of 130 patients with radical mastectomy in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The observation group was given high quality nursing, and the control group was given basic nursing. The quality of life, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.15%, which was obviously lower than 18.46% in control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.85%, which was obviously higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing care in patients with breast cancer radical operation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients`` satisfaction with nursing work and improve the quality of their life, which is worthy of application.
