胎膜早破经阴道分娩产妇实施临床护理路径干预后的效果

摘要：

目的 分析研究胎膜早破经阴道分娩产妇实施临床护理路径干预后的效果。方法 选取我院在2014年1月至2016年1月收治的90例胎膜早破经阴道分娩产妇作为本次的研究对象，将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组45例产妇。对照组产妇实施常规护理干预，观察组产妇则在对照组产妇的基础上实施临床护理路径干预。比较两组产妇的新生儿并发症发 生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组产妇的新生儿并发症总发生率为4.44%，低于对照组产妇的17.78%（P<0.05）。观察组产妇的 护理满意度为97.78%，高于对照组产妇的84.44%（P<0.05）。结论 给予胎膜早破经阴道分娩产妇实施临床护理路径干预，能 够显著降低新生儿并发症的发生率，提高产妇对于护理的满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on premature rupture of membrane vaginal delivery puerperae

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on premature rupture of membrane vaginal delivery puerperae. Methods Ninety premature rupture of membrane vaginal delivery puerperae admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were included in this study. All the puerperae were divided into observation group and control group according to the date of admission, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, while the observation received clinical nursing pathway intervention on the basis of the control group. The neonatal complications and nursing satisfaction of puerperae in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than 17.78% of the control group (P<0.05). The puerperae satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.78% , which was higher than 84.44% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway intervention on premature rupture of membrane vaginal delivery puerperae can significantly reduce the complication incidence in newborns, increases the nursing satisfaction of puerperae, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
