全程护理应用于小儿哮喘雾化中的效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析全程护理应用于小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析140例哮喘患儿的临床资料，所有患儿 均给予雾化治疗；根据双盲法将其分为研究组（70 例）与对照组（70例）。对照组70例哮喘患儿给予常规护理，研究组70例哮喘患儿给予全程护理干预。比较两组哮喘患儿的治疗总有效率、护理满意度及药物副作用发生率。结果 与对照组相比较而言，研究组70例哮喘患儿的治疗总有效率明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的护理满意度明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的药物副作用发生率明显更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 小儿哮喘雾化治疗中全程护理干预的临床应用效果十分显著，有利于提升雾化治疗效果与护理满意度，能够增加患儿及其家属对哮喘知识的了解与掌握，还可以提升患儿的医护配合度，值得在临床医护工作中推广运用。

Clinical application of whole nursing intervention in the treatment of pediatric asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of whole nursing intervention in children with asthma. Methods The clinical data of 140 cases of children with asthma was retrospectively analyzed, all the children were given atomization treatment; they were divided into research group (70 cases) and control group (70 cases) according to the double blind method. Seventy cases of children with asthma in the control group were given routine nursing , and 70 cases of children with asthma in the research group were given whole nursing intervention. The total effective rate, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of drug side effect were compared between the two groups. Results In comparison with the control group, the total effective rate of 70 cases of children with asthma in the research group was significantly higher than that of the controc group (P<0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of drug side effects of the research group was significantly lower than that of the controc group (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole nursing intervention in atomization group treatment of pediatric asthma is very effective, it is helpful to improve atomization therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction, and it is able to increase the understanding of the children and their families in asthma knowledge, can also improve the patient``s medical cooperation degree, which is worth popularizing in clinical medical work.
