准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视围手术期心理护理的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视围手术期心理护理的干预效果。方法 将我院接诊的100例近视患者作为研究对象，均接受准分子飞秒激光手术治疗，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采取常规护理，研究组在常规护理 基础上给予心理护理干预，比较两组患者的护理满意度，及护理前、后汉密尔顿焦虑与抑郁量表评分。结果 研究组患者的护 理总满意率为98.00%，显著高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）；护理前，两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑与抑郁量表评分比较，无明显差 异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组评分显著降低，且研究组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视患者围手 术期给予心理护理干预可以明显改善焦虑与抑郁情绪，同时提高护理满意度，值得借鉴。

Application effect of psychological intervention in perioperative nursing of myopia patients with excimer

femtosecond laser surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in myopia patients with excimer femtosecond laser surgery during perioperative nursing care. Methods A total of 100 patients with myopia were enrolled as the study objects. All of them were treated with excimer femtosecond laser surgery. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The study group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The rates of nursing satisfaction and the scores of Hamilton anxiety and depression scale of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference on the scores of Hamilton anxiety and depression scale between the two groups (P>0.05); after nursing, the scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention of perioperative in myopia patients with excimer femtosecond laser surgery can significantly improve anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction, and which is worth learning.
