糖皮质激素在结核性脑膜炎治疗中的疗效

摘要：

目的 分析糖皮质激素在结核性脑膜炎治疗中的疗效。方法 选择我院2015年12月至2017年1月收治的90例结核性脑膜炎患者并随机分为对照组与研究组，各45例。对照组采用常规疗法，研究组在对照组的基础上给予糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 研究组患者结核性脑膜炎治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组恢复意识时间为（2.51±1.41）d，短于对照组的（5.39±2.77）d（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的脑脊液压、白细胞计数、蛋白定量、氯化物浓度比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的脑脊液压、白细胞计数、蛋白定量、氯化物浓度优于治疗前，且研究组各指标浓度 优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 糖皮质激素在结核性脑膜炎治疗中的疗效确切，可有效降低脑脊液压和白细胞计数，改善营养状况，转归良好，值得推广。

Therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on tuberculous meningitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the efficacy of glucocorticoid in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with tuberculous meningitis from December 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the study group was given glucocorticoid based on the control group. The treatment effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of consciousness in the study group was (2.51±1.41) d, which was shorter than (5.39±2.77) d in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the cerebrospinal pressure, white blood cell count, protein quantification, concentration of chloride in the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05); after treatment, the cerebrospinal pressure, white blood cell count, protein quantification, concentration of chloride in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis has exact effect, with can effectively reduce the cerebrospinal pressure and white blood cell count, and improve nutritional status with good prognosis, it is worthy of promotion.
