托吡酯和丙戊酸钠预防偏头痛发作的疗效及安全性研究

摘要：

目的 研究托吡酯和丙戊酸钠预防偏头痛发作的疗效及安全性。方法 本次研究选取我院2015年4月至2016年8月收治的94例偏头痛患者，依据入院治疗顺序将其均分为观察组和对照组，每组47例。观察组采用托吡酯治疗，对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗，比较分析两组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果 治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率为95.74%，对照组的治疗总有效率为91.49%，组间差异不显著（P>0.05），两组患者治疗后头痛发作次数和发作天数均减少（P<0.05），但两组组间治疗前、后比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的头痛程度低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 偏头痛患者采用托吡酯和丙 戊酸钠进行治疗均可减少头痛发作次数及发作天数，但托吡酯能够有效缓解患者的头痛程度。

Efficacy and safety study of topiramate and sodium valproate in the prevention of migraine attacks

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of topiramate and sodium valproate in the prevention of migraine attacks. Methods In this study, 94 patients with migraine attacks treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to admission treatment order, with 47 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with topiramate and the control group was treated with sodium valproate. The clinical efficacy a nd safety between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.74% in the observation group and which was slightly higher than 91.49% in the control group (P>0.05). After tretment, the times of headache attacks and the number of days in the two groups significanty decreased (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the times of headache attacks and the number of days of headache attacks before and after treatment (P>0.05); while the degree of headache in the observation group was better than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion For migraine patients, topiramate and sodium
valproate both can significantly reduce the times of headache attacks and the number of days, but topiramate can effectively relieve the degree of headache in patients.
