FDP和DD水平与RA患者病情活动性的相关性分析

摘要：

目的 探讨FDP、DD 水平与活动性类风湿关节炎（RA）患者病情活动性的相关性。方法 回顾性分析本院收治的52例RA 患者的临床资料，依据DAS28 评分将其中36例纳入活动组（DAS28 评分>2.6），16 例纳入缓解组（DAS28 评分≤2.6）。检测两组 FDP、DD、ESR、RF 及CRP 水平及DAS28 评分，并分析FDP、DD 水平与DAS28 评分、ESR、RF 及CRP 水平的相关性。结果 活动 组的FDP、DD、ESR、RF 及CRP 水平与DAS28 评分均高于缓解组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。同时，活动组的FDP、DD 水平
与DAS28 评分、ESR水平呈线性正相关（P<0.05）。结论 RA 患者的FDP 和DD 水平明显升高，与病情活动性密切相关，故FDP、 DD 水平可作为诊断RA 的参考指标。

Correlation analysis between FDP, DD levels and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the correlation between FDP, DD levels of plasma and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of RA patients admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were divided into active group (DAS28>2.6, 36 cases) and remission group (DAS28≤2.6, 16 cases) according to DAS28 scores. The levels of FDP, DD, ESR, RF and CRP and DAS28 scores were detected in each group; the correlation between FDP, DD levels and DAS28 scores, ES|R, RF, CRP levels were analyzed. Results The levels of FDP, DD, ESR, RF and CRP and DAS28 scores in the active group were higher than those in the remission group (P<0.05); the levels of FDP and DD in the active group were linearly positively correlated with DAS28 score and ESR level (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of FDP, DD in patients with RA significantly increased, and it shows a significant positive correlation with disease activity, so the levels of FDP, DD can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis of RA.
