EST 联合LC 疗法治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨EST 联合LC 治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床效果。方法 随机选择2010年8月至2016年8月本院及外院收治的132例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组66例。对照组患者采用开 腹胆囊切除胆总管探查术治疗，观察组患者采用EST联合LC治疗。比较两组患者的治疗成功率和并发症发生情况，记录患 者的胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间。结果 两组患者的治疗成功率和并发症总发生率比较，均无明显差异（P>0.05）；观察组 患者胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 EST 联合LC 治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石疾病的临 床效果显著，利于加快患者康复，缩短患者住院时间，应用价值较高。

Clinical effect of EST combined with LC therapy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of EST combined with LC therapy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Methods A total of 132 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital and other hospital from August 2010 to August 2016 were randomly selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy treatment, and the observation group received EST combined with LC therapy. The therapeutic success rate and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared, the patients`` gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time were recorded. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups of therapeutic success rates and the total incidences of complications (P>0.05); the gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion EST combined with LC therapy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis has significant effect, can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, which has higher application value.
