股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术技巧与疗效评价

摘要：
目的 分析股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术技巧及治疗效果。方法 选择2015年10月至2016年10月我 院接收的100例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象，针对患者实际情况，实施股骨近端锁定钢板治疗，分析治疗效果。结果 患 者术中及术后患肢正、侧位X 线资料显示骨折位置良好。手术平均时间为（73.48±8.25）min，骨折愈合平均时间为（17.54± 3.41）周，患者平均出血量为（97.41±7.41）mL，所有患者均无并发症发生，治疗优良率为95.00%。结论 对股骨粗隆间骨折患者 实施股骨近端锁定钢板治疗，有利于患者术后愈合，并发症发生率低，术后恢复时间短，值得在临床中进一步推广。

Surgical techniques and effect evaluation of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of femoral
intertrochanteric fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the surgical techniques and therapeutic effect of proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods One hundred patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as study objects. In view of patients`` actual situation, proximal femoral locking plate treatment was conducted, and the clinical effect was investigated. Results Positive and lateral side of biopsy X-ray data showed patients all had good fracture position at intraoperation and postoperation. The operation time was (73.48±8.25) min, fracture healing time was (17.54±3.41) weeks, the blood loss was (97.41±7.41) mL. There were no complications, and the excellent rate of treatment in patients was 95.00%. Conclusion For patients with intertrochanteric fracture, the implementation of proximal femoral locking plate treatment can be conductive to patients healing, with fewer complications and shorter postoperative recovery time, which is worthy of further promotion.
