PFN和DHS内固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折的 应用效果

摘要：

目的 探究股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定术和髋螺钉（DHS）内固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折的应用效果。方法 选择我院 收治的100例股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象。依照就诊顺序，将其分成对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组采用DHS 内固 定术，观察组采用PFN 内固定术，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果，术中及术后情况和并发症发生情况。结果和对照组比较，观察组的治疗有效率显著较高（P<0.05）；观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间和出血量显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症 总发生率略低于对照组，但差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 对于股骨转子间骨折患者实施PFN 内固定术治疗，临床效果显著，患 者创伤小、出血量少、安全性高，值得进一步推广使用。

Application effect of PFN and DHS internal fixation in the treatment of femur intertrochanteric fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of PFN internal fixation and DHS internal fixation in the treatment of femur intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the order of treatment, with 50 cases in each group. The control group accepted DHS internal fixation, while the observation group was treated with PFN internal fixation. The clinical effects, intraoperative and postoperative situations, complications in the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher (P<0.05). The operation time, fracture healing time and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion PFN internal fixation in patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture has remarkable clinical effect, with small trauma, less bleeding, high security, which is worthy of further promotion.
