胫骨中下段骨折应用切开复位钢板内固定与微创经皮钢板内固定的疗效对比

摘要:
目的 比较胫骨中下段骨折应用切开复位钢板内固定与微创经皮钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法 将我院2014 年2 月至2016 年2 月收治的90 例胫骨中下段骨折患者按照治疗手段分成参照组(45 例)与研究组(45 例)。参照组实施切开复 位钢板内固定治疗(ORIF),研究组则采用微创经皮钢板内固定治疗(MIPPO),比较两组手术情况及预后情况。结果 两组患 者的手术时长比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),但研究组的骨折愈合时间与术中出血量均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床治 疗效果优良率(93.33%)高于参照组(77.78%),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 与ORIF 相比,MIPPO 治疗胫骨中下段骨折 能获得更理想的效果,可有效保护血运功能,促进骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effects comparison of open reduction and internal fixation and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis on middle and distal tibial fractures

ABSTRACT: Object ive To compare the clinical effect of open reduction and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis on middle and distal tibial fractures. Methods Ninety patients with middle and distal tibial fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 and February 2016 were divided into the control group (45 patients) and the study group (45 patients) according to the therapeutic methods. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF), and the study group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO). The conditions of operation and prognosis between the two groups were compared. Results The duration of operation had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); the fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellence rate of the study group was 93.33%, which was higher than 77.78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with ORIF, MIPPO in the treatment of middle and distal tibial fractures can yield better curative effect, effectively protect blood supply function, and promote fracture healing, which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
