PDCA 循环在皮肤科护理管理中的应用观察

摘要：
目的 探讨PDCA 循环在皮肤科住院患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2013 年1 月至2015 年12 月收治的 皮肤病患者120 例为研究对象，按护理管理方式分为观察组（n=52）和对照组（n=68）。观察组患者应用PDCA 循环模式管理， 对照组患者给予常规的护理管理，比较两组患者基础护理质量评分及护理文件合格率、技术操作合格率、患者护理满意度。 结果 观察组基础护理质量评分、文件合格率、技术操作合格率及护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 PDCA 循环可有效提高皮肤科的临床护理质量和患者满意度，具有应用推广价值。

Application observation of PDCA circulation in nursing management of department of dermatology

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation in nursing management of patients in the department of dermatology. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of dermatosis patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group (n=52) and control group (n=68) according to nursing management methods. The observation group was given PDCA circulation management, and the control group received routine nursing management. The basic care quality scores, nursing file pass rates, technical operation pass rates and patients`` nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The basic care quality score, nursing file pass rate, technical operation pass rate and patients`` nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation management can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality and patients`` satisfaction in the department of dermatology, which is worthy of popularizing.
