集束化护理对前列腺电切患者拔除尿管后排尿功能的影响

摘要：

目的 观察集束化护理对前列腺电切术（TURP）患者拔除尿管后排尿功能的影响。方法 将我院112 例TURP 术后患者 随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56 例。对照组采用传统尿管拔除方法，观察组拔除尿管前对患者进行集束化护理。对两组患者拔除尿管后的首次排尿时间、首次排尿成功率及尿道疼痛情况等指标进行比较。结果 观察组患者拔除尿管后的首次排尿 时间、首次排尿成功率及尿道疼痛情况均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理拔除尿管方法可 有效缩短TURP 患者拔除尿管后的首次排尿时间，提高首次排尿成功率，减少尿道损伤，降低拔管时疼痛不适，增进患者的 舒适感，值得临床推广。

Effect of cluster bundled nursing on urination function in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate after indwelling catheter extraction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of cluster bundled nursing on urination function in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) after indwelling catheter extraction. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of patients underwent TURP in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group (56 cases). The traditional catheter pulling method was used in the control group. The observation group was treated with cluster bundled nursing before pulling out the catheter. The first micturition time, the first urination success rate and the urethral pain after the catheter removal were compared between the two groups. Results The first micturition time, the first urination success rate and the urethral pain of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after the catheter removal, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pulling out catheter by bundle nursing can effectively shorten the first micturition time after removal of catheter in TURP patients, which can improve the success rate of first urination, reduce the urethral injury, the pain and discomfort during extubation, improve the comfort of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
