药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨药品合理分类及药品监管制度在医院西药房管理中应用价值。方法 研究对象为2014年5月至2016年6月在我院西药房购买西药患者及西药房药品出入库记录。我院西药房在2015年7月正式开始实行药品合理分类与药品监管制度。其中将2014年5月至2015年6月从西药房购买药品的患者作为常规组，将2015年7月至2016年6月从西药房购买药品的患者作为试验组。比较两组患者的满意度及西药房工作的出错率。结果 试验组的药品出错率为0.78%，明显低于 常规组的2.33%（P<0.01）；试验组患者的总满意度为98.29%，明显高于常规组的83.44%（P<0.01）。结论 在医院西药房管理中实施药品合理分类及改进药品监管制度，能改善西药房管理制度，优化药品发放流程，够降低西药管理出错发生率，同时提高患者满意度，值得在临床推广。

Application value of rational drug classification and drug regulatory system in the management of hospital west pharmacy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value of drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system in hospital pharmacy management. Methods The research objects were the patients purchased western medicine and western medicine in-out stock records from May 2014 to June 2016 in the western pharmacy of our hospital. From July 2015, our hospital started the implementation of drug classification and reasonable drug regulatory system. From May 2014 to June 2015, patients who purchased drugs from the pharmacy were selected as the control group; from July 2015 to June 2016, patients who purchased drugs from the pharmacy were selected as the experimental group. The patients`` satisfaction and pharmacy work error rate were compared between the two groups. Results The pharmacy work error rate of the experimental group was 0.78%, which was lower than 2.33% of the control group (P<0.01). The patients`` total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 98.29% , which was higher than 83.44% of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The implementation of a reasonable classification of drugs and the drug regulatory system in the hospital pharmacy management can improve the pharmacy management system, optimize the drug release process, reduce the incidence of medicine management mistakes, and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
