射频热凝联合臭氧疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及生活能力的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨射频热凝联合臭氧疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及生活能力的影响。方法 选取我院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予射频热凝联合臭氧治疗，对照组单纯给予射频热凝治 疗。对比两组患者的优良率，术前及术后1、6个月的VAS及ODI评分。结果 术后6个月，治疗组优良率为83.33%，显著高于 对照组的70.00%（P<0.05）；与术前相比，两组患者术后1、6 个月的VAS 及ODI 评分均显著降低，且治疗组的VAS及ODI评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 与单一射频热凝治疗相比，射频热凝联合臭氧治疗方法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应 用，能够显著改善患者疼痛症状，改善生活状态，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy on the pain and life ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone therapy on the pain and life ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred and twenty lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were given radiofrequency ablation and ozone therapy, and the control group simply received radiofrequency ablation. The excellent and good rate, the VAS and ODI scores before operation and after operation at 1 month and 6 months of the two groups were compared. Results At 6 months after operation, the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before operation, the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups at 1 month and 6 months after operation were significantly lower, and those of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with simple application of radiofrequency ablation, radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the pain symptoms and living condition for the patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
