补中益气汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析补中益气汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法 选择我院2014年3月12日至2016年3月12日收治的106例老年功能性便秘患者，随机分为常规组和试验组，每组53 例。常规组采取麻仁丸治疗，试验组采取补 中益气汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的排便相关指标、治疗效果和满意度。结果 治疗后，两组患者排便相关 指标评分均显著降低，且试验组明显低于常规组（P<0.05）。试验组的临床治疗总有效率为94.34%，显著高于常规组的 77.36%（P<0.05）。试验组的治疗满意度为96.23%，显著高于常规组的81.13%（P<0.05）。结论 对老年功能性便秘患者采取补 中益气汤联合穴位贴敷治疗，临床疗效满意，促进患者日常生活质量的提高，有利于症状的改善。

Curative effect analysis of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy on elderly

functional constipation

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze of the curative effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy on elderly functional constipation. Methods From March 12, 2014 to March 12, 2016, 106 cases of elderly patients with functional constipation were selected and divided into routine group and experimental group, with 53 cases in each group. The routine group was given Maren pills, and the experimental group was given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy. The defecation relative index scores, treatment effects and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the defecation scores in the two groups significantly reduced, and those in the experimental group were obviously lower than the routine group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.34%, which was significantly higher than 77.36% in the routine group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 96.23%, which was significantly higher than 81.13% in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy on elderly functional constipation has satisfying clinical efficacy, which can improve the daily life quality of the patients, and be conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms.
