年龄对中晚期孕妇P-R间期缩短检出率的影响及其母婴结局

摘要：

目的 探讨年龄对中晚期孕妇P-R 间期缩短检出率的影响及其母婴结局。方法 回顾性分析2013 年1 月至2016 年1 月在我院孕检的300 例中晚期孕妇的临床资料，记录P-R 间期缩短检出率、分娩方式与新生儿状况。结果 300 例孕妇共检 出P-R 间期缩短10 例，检出率为3.33%；20～30 岁与31～40 岁的孕妇P-R 间期缩短检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。P-R 间期缩短孕妇中自然分娩2例，剖宫产8例；而P-R 间期正常孕妇自然分娩281 例，剖宫产9 例。P-R 间期缩短孕妇的 剖宫产率明显高于P-R 间期正常孕妇（P<0.05）。P-R 间期缩短孕妇新生儿的平均体重为（2.89±0.56）kg，Apgar 评分为 （9.34±0.45）分，窒息1 例；而P-R 间期正常孕妇的新生儿平均体重为（2.91±0.33）kg，Apgar 评分为（9.41±0.33）分，窒息3 例，两组新生儿状况对比无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 随着孕妇年龄的增加，中晚期孕妇P-R 间期缩短检出率会明显增加，从而 增加剖宫产率，但是对新生儿无明显影响。

Influence of age on positive rate of shortened P-R interval in middle and late pregnant women and maternal and child outcomes

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the influence of age on positive rate of shortened P-R interval in middle and late pregnant women and maternal and child outcomes. Methods The clinical data of 300 cases of middle and late pregnant women in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. And the positive rate of shortened P-R interval, delivery ways, and newborn``s condition were recorded. Results Among 300 cases, 10 cases of shortened P-R interval were detected, and the positive rate was 3.33%. There was statistical significance in the positive rate between 20 to 30 years`` and 31 to 40 years`` pregnant women (P<0.05). There were 2 cases of natural delivery and 8 cases of cesarean delivery in pregnant women of shortened P-R interval, while 281 cases of natural delivery and 9 cases of cesarean delivery in pregnant women of normal P-R interval. The cesarean section rate in shortened P-R interval was higher than that in normal P-R interval (P<0.05). The average weight of newborn was (2.89±0.56) kg, Apgar score was (9.34±0.45), with 1 case of asphyxia in shortened P-R interval pregnant women, while the average weight of newborn was (2.91±0.33) kg, Apgar score was (9.41 ±0.33), with 3 cases of asphyxia in normal P -R interval pregnant women, there were no statistically significant differences in neonatal status between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion With the increasing of pregnant women``s age, the positive rate of shortened P-R interval in middle and late pregnant women increases, which results in the increasing of cesarean section rate, however it has no obvious effect on babies.
