胎儿系统超声检查与常规产科超声检查的对比分析

摘要：

目的 探讨胎儿系统超声检查与常规产科超声检查的临床效果。方法 在我院2013年7 月至2016 年6 月诊治的中晚期孕妇中随机抽取168 例作研究对象，其中畸形胎共27例，对其胎儿系统超声检查、常规产科超声检查相关临床资料予以回顾性分析，对比两种超声技术的畸形胎检出率及孕妇对超声检查的满意度。结果 胎儿系统超声技术的畸形胎总检出率 是88.89%，漏检率是11.11%，优于常规产科超声技术的33.33%，66.67%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=17.532，P=0.000）。孕 妇对胎儿系统超声检查满意度是98.21%，高于常规产科超声检查的86.31%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=16.675，P=0.000）。结论 胎儿系统超声用于产前检查中的临床效果优于常规产科超声，其可提升畸形胎检出率，便于医师早期诊断出胎儿 异常发育情况，从而予以有效干预，并提升孕妇对产前超声检查的满意度。

Contrastive analysis of conventional and fetal system ultrasound examination

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of convention al and fetal system ultrasound examination. Methods From July 2015 to June 2016, 168 cases of middle and late pregnant women in our hospital were randomly selected, there were 27 cases of featus deformity among the 168 pregnant women, and their clinical data of conventional and fetal system ultrasound examination results were analyzed retrospectively. The detection rate of deformity and the satisfaction of pregnant women to ultrasonic examination of the two kinds of ultrasound technology were compared. Results The detection rate of deformity and omission rate with fetal system ultrasound examination was 88.89% , 11.11% respectively, which were better than 33.33% , 66.67% of the conventional ultrasound examination, the difference was significant ( χ2 =17.532, P=0.000). The satisfaction rate of pregnant women to fetal system ultrasound examination was 98.21%, which was higher than 86.31% of the conventional ultrasound examination, the difference was significant ( χ2 = 16.675, P=0.000). Conclusion Fetal system ultrasound examination is superior to conventional obstetric ultrasound in the prenatal examination, which can improve the detection rate of abnormal fetus and facilitate the early diagnosis of abnormal fetus development, so as to give effective intention and enhance the prenatal the satisfaction of ultrasound examination.
