综合性护理干预对预防ICU综合征的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨综合性护理干预预防ICU 综合征的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年1月至2015年12月ICU住院患者 114例为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各57 例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，研究组患者在常规护理的基础上给 予综合性护理干预。记录比较两组患者ICU 综合征发生情况及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者ICU 综合征总发生率为 22.81%，明显低于对照组的42.11%（P<0.05）；研究组的护理满意度为96.49%，显著高于对照组的75.44%（P<0.05）。结论 对 ICU 患者实施综合性护理干预措施可提高患者的护理满意度，同时个性化的护理服务模式能够有效降低患者ICU 并发症的 发生率，护理效果显著，值得临床上推广使用。

Clinical effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of ICU syndrome

ABSTR ACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of ICU syndrome. Methods A total of 114 patients admitted in the ICU of our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 57 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The incidence of ICU syndrome and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence rate of ICU syndrome in the study group was 22.81%, which was significantly lower than 42.11% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.49%, which was significantly higher than 75.44% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients in ICU can improve the patients`` nursing satisfaction with remarkable nursing effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients in ICU at the same time, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
