综合护理干预对老年房颤患者心理状态的影响

摘要：

目的 分析综合护理前护理干预对老年房颤患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取于我院就诊的老年房颤患者110 例作为 本次研究对象，通过动态化随机单双号法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组55 例，分别给予普通护理、普通护理联合综合护理 前护理干预，比较两组患者护理效果、护理满意度及抑郁、焦虑自评量表评分。结果 观察组患者护理总有效率为96.36%，护 理满意度为98.18%，分别高于对照组的78.18%、81.12%（P<0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分均明显降 低（P<0.05），观察组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理前护理干预对老年房颤患者的心理状态具有一定 的影响，可有效改善患者的临床症状，缓解患者的不良情绪，干预效果较佳。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological status in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing interven tion on psychological status in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods One hundred and ten cases of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to dynamic randomized odd number method, with 55 cases in each group, and given general nursing and general nursing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention respectively, then the nursing effects, nursing satisfaction, depression and anxiety self -rating scale were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 96.36%, and nursing satisfaction rate was 98.18%, which were higher than 78.18% and 81.12% in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of depression and anxiety self-rating scale in both groups significantly decreased (P<0.05), and those scores in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a certain influence on the psychological status of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, alleviate the negative emotions of patients, and has better intervention effect.
