健康教育干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖与妊娠结局的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨健康教育干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖与妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2014年12月至2016年12月我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者80 例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组 的基础上联合健康教育干预。比较两组患者的护理效果及妊娠结局。结果 观察组的护理总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的 85.00%(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS 评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生2 例 晚期流产、6 例早产、3 例产褥感染,对照组分别发生5、12、6 例,观察组妊娠结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的临床治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。

    Effect of health education intervention on blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of health education intervention on blood glucose and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods Eighty cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional treatment methods, while the experimental group received health education intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group were 97.50%, which was higher than 85.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). There were 2 cases of late abortion, 6 cases of premature delivery, 3 cases of puerperal infection occurred in the observation group, those of the control group were 5, 12, 6 cases, the pregnancy outcome in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education intervention in patients with gestational diabetes has ideal treatment effect, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
