优质护理服务在甲状腺手术患者围手术期中的应用价值分析

摘要：

目的 分析研究优质护理服务在甲状腺手术患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法 选取2013年7月至2016年9月在我院进行甲状腺切除手术的86 例患者作为本次的研究对象。将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组43例。观察组患者在 围手术期进行优质护理干预，对照组患者在围手术期进行常规护理干预。对比两组患者的心理状态、并发症发生情况及患者 护理满意度。结果 护理后，两组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分均显著降低，且观察组两项指标评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后观 察组患者的并发症总发生率为4.65%，明显低于对照组的20.93%（P<0.05）。护理后观察组患者的护理满意度为93.02%，明显高于对照组的76.74%（P<0.05）。结论 给予甲状腺切除手术患者在围手术期进行优质护理服务，能够显著改善患者的心理状态，提升其治疗期间的生活质量，降低患者的并发症发生率，促进患者的预后，使患者早日恢复正常生活，值得临床推广应用。

Application value of high-quality nursing service in the perioperative period of thyroidectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and investigate the application value of high -quality nursing service in the perioperative period of thyroidectomy. Methods From July 2013 to September 2016, 86 patients underwent thyroidectomy in our hospital were included in this study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission date, with 43 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing, while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The psychological status, complications and patients`` satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups significantly decreased, and the scores of the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was significantly lower than 20.93% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than 76.74% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High -quality nursing service has obvious effect in the perioperative period of thyroidectomy, which can significantly improve patients`` mental state, enhance the quality of life during treatment, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the prognosis and help patients return to normal life early, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
