加减黄芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 分析黄芪汤辩证用药对糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果。方法 择取2015 年6 月至2016 年12 月我院收治的88 例糖 尿病肾病患者为研究对象，将其分为两组，每组44 例。两组均给予控制血糖、血压及血脂基础治疗，在上述基础上对照组给 予血管紧张素域受体拮抗剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，观察组患者在此基础上配合黄芪汤化裁治疗。治疗20 d 后观察两 组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为90.91%，明显高于对照组的61.36%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者24 h 尿蛋白 定量、BUN、Scr、TC、TG、FBG 均有明显改善，和对照组相比，观察组患者上述项指标改善更明显（P<0.05）。结论 加减黄芪汤用 于糖尿病肾病患者，可显著提升治疗效果，辩证用药可以改善患者血压、血脂、肾功能等各项指标，对血糖的控制也具有一定 的辅助作用，值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation of modified Huangqi Xiaoke decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Xiaoke decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From June 2015 to December 2016, 88 patients of diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given basic treatment of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid control. The control group was given ARB and ACEI on the basis of the above, the observation group was additively given Huangqi Xiaoke decoction on the basis of the above. After 20 d of treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, which was significantly higher than 61.36% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h urinary protein quantitation, BUN, Scr, TC, TG, FBG significantly improved in the two groups, compared with the control group, the above indicators of the observation group improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The Huangqi Xiaoke decoction in diabetic nephropathy patients can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment, can improve the patients`` blood pressure, blood lipid, renal function and other indicators with dialectical medication, it also has some auxiliary effect in controlling blood glucose, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
