以肌痛、肌无力就诊的直肠癌1 例报道及文献复习

摘要：

副肿瘤综合征是由肿瘤的产物、异常免疫反应或其他不明原因引起的内分泌、神经、消化、造血、骨关节、肾脏及皮肤等 系统发生病变，并出现相应的临床表现，这些症状和体征不是由原发肿瘤或转移灶所在部位直接引起的，而是由肿瘤相关的 生物因子如激素、肽、抗体、淋巴细胞及细胞因子等所致。本文回顾性分析了我院收治的以肌痛、肌无力为首发临床症状的1 例晚期直肠癌的诊断及治疗过程，并进行相关文献复习，探讨副肿瘤综合征发生的原因、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。

One case of rectal cancer report because of myalgia and muscle weakness and literature reviews

ABSTRACT: Paraneoplastic syndronme is some pathological changes of tumor products, abnormal immune responses and unexplained changes of endocrine, nerve, digestive, hematopoietic, bone and joint, kidney, skin systems and so on; and the corresponding clinical manifestations appear, these symptoms and signs are not directly caused by the location of the primary tumor or metastasis, but the tumor-associated biological factors such as hormones, peptides, antibodies, lymphocytes and cytokines. This article retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of advanced rectal cancer with myalgia, muscle weakness as the first clinical symptoms, and reviewed the relevant literatures, to explore the causes, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of paraneoplastic syndronme.
