替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效评价

摘要：

目的 评价替吉奥联合顺铂治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法 选取2015 年1 月至2016 年12 月我院收治的晚期胃癌患 者88 例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各44 例。对照组给予5- Fu 联合顺铂，观察组给予替吉奥联合顺铂。评价两组的近期疗 效。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率和疾病控制率均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ级血红蛋白下降和神经毒性发生 率及Ⅲ~Ⅳ级白细胞减少和腹泻发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 替吉奥联合顺铂可有效提高晚期胃癌的治疗效果，减少不良反应，是一种安全、有效的化疗方案。

Short-term efficacy evaluation of tegafur combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the short -term efficacy of tegafur combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 88 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin, the observation group was treated with tegafur combined with cisplatin. The short-term efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate and the disease control rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of hemoglobin decline and neurotoxicity in gradeⅠ~Ⅱ and the incidence of white blood cell reduction and diarrhea in grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tegafur
combined with cisplatin in advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce adverse reactions, which is a safe and effective chemotherapy.
