瑞格列奈联合阿卡波糖治疗2 型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察瑞格列奈联合阿卡波糖治疗2 型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选择我院收治的2 型糖尿病患者96 例作为研究 对象，运用随机数表法将其分为观察组（48 例）与对照组（48 例）。对照组给予瑞格列奈治疗，观察组则在对照组用药基础上 加以阿卡波糖治疗。观察两组临床疗效，治疗前、后血糖及胰岛素变化情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P< 0.05）；治疗前，两组HbAlc、FBG、2 h PBG、HOMA-IR 及GLP-1 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组上述指 标水平均优于治疗前，且观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 瑞格列奈联合阿卡波糖治疗2 型糖尿病临 床降糖效果显著，利于快速缓解患者临床症状，临床普及价值高。

Curative effect observation of repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Ninety-Six T2DM patients treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) by random number table. The control group was treated with repaglinide, and the observation group added acarbose on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, changes of blood glucose and insulin before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); before treatment, there was no statistical difference in the levels of HbAlc, FBG, 2 h PBG, HOMA-IR, GLP-1 between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the above indexes in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of T2DM has significant hypoglycemic effects, and can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, which has high clinical promotional value.
