老年慢性支气管炎治疗中抗胃食管返流治疗的效果

摘要：

目的 探讨老年慢性支气管炎治疗中抗胃食管返流治疗的效果，为老年慢性支气管炎治疗中抗胃食管返流治疗的应用 提供理论依据。方法 选取2014 年8 月至2016 年8 月我院收治的90 例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，并根据治 疗方案的不同分为观察组与对照组，各45 例。对照组患者采用常规治疗，观察组患者给予抗胃食管返流治疗。分析比较 两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意度情况。结果 与对照组的77.78%相比，观察组患者治疗总有效率（93.33%）明显更高（P<0.05）；与对照组的80.00%相比，观察组患者满意度（97.78%）明显更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 老年慢性支气管 炎中抗胃食管返流治疗的效果显著，可明显改善患者的各项症状和指标，降低不良反应发生率，提高治愈率和满意度，值 得推广应用。

Effect of anti-gastroesophageal reflux therapy in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of anti -gastroesophageal reflux therapy in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis, and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment application of anti-gastroesophageal reflux in senile chronic bronchitis. Methods Ninety patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the subjects, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, the observation group was given anti-gastroesophageal reflux therapy. The treatment effects and degree of satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with 77.78% of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was significantly higher (P<0.05); compared with 80.00% of the control group, the degree of satisfaction of the observation group (97.78%) was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-gastroesophageal reflux in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis is effective, which can obviously improve the symptoms and indicators of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the cure rate and degree of satisfaction, it is worthy of popularization and application.
