超声联合神经刺激仪引导 窝坐骨神经、股神经及隐神经阻滞的效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析超声联合神经刺激仪在辅助引导股神经、窝坐骨神经与隐神经阻滞麻醉行膝关节下方相关手术中的临床效 果。方法 选取2015 年6 月至2016 年12 月在我院接受膝关节下方相关手术治疗的患者100 例，随机分为对照组与联合组，每 组50 例。对照组患者给予股神经与 窝坐骨神经阻滞麻醉，联合组患者给予超声联合神经刺激仪辅助引导下的股神经、窝坐 骨神经与隐神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 联合组患者的起效时长与舒芬太尼使用率低于对照组（P<0.05），联 合组患者在手术结束首次应用镇痛剂时间长于对照组（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 应用超声联 合神经刺激仪在辅助引导股神经、窝坐骨神经与隐神经阻滞麻醉行膝关节下方相关手术中的效果优异，能够有效地缩短 麻醉的起效时长，镇痛作用时间较长。

Effect observation of ultrasound combined with nerve stimulator guided nerve block of popliteal sciatic nerve, femoral nerve and saphenous nerve

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound combined with nerve stimulator guided popliteal sciatic nerve, femoral nerve and saphenous nerve block in anesthesia of knee joint below surgery. Methods A total of 100 cases underwent the knee below surgery from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into control group and combination group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the femoral nerve and popliteal sciatic nerve block anesthesia, and the combination group was given femoral nerve, popliteal sciatic nerve and saphenous nerve block anesthesia guided by nerve stimulator combined with ultrasound. The clinical anesthesia effect between the two groups were compared. Results The onset time and ratio of sufentanil usage of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the first application of analgesic duration after operation was significantly longer than that of the control group (P<0.05). The difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The nerve stimulator combined with ultrasound guided femoral nerve, popliteal sciatic nerve and saphenous nerve block in anesthesia of knee joint below surgery has excellent clinical effect, which could effectively reduce the onset time of anesthesia and analgesia time.
