臭氧冲洗联合药物治疗阴道炎的效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析探讨臭氧冲洗联合药物治疗阴道炎的效果。方法 选取我站收治的阴道炎患者560 例为研究对象，按照随机 数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各280 例。对照组给予药物治疗，观察组给予臭氧冲洗联合药物治疗，比较两组患者的临床 效果和复发率。结果 观察组三种阴道炎患者的治疗总有效率均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过1 年随访，观察组复发率为1.79%，明显低于对照组的8.93%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 臭氧冲洗联合药物治 疗阴道炎临床效果显著，可快速改善患者的临床表现，有利于女性患者的生殖健康，提高了女性的性生活质量。

Clinical effect observation on ozone washing combined with medicine in the treatment of vaginitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical effect of ozone washing combined with medicine in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods A total of 560 cases of vaginitis patients in our station were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 280 cases in each group. The control group was given drug treatment, and the observation group was given ozone washing combined with drug therapy. The clinical effects and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the three kinds of vaginitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). With 1 year follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group was 1.79%, which was lower than 8.93% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The ozone washing combined with medicine in treatment of vaginitis has significant effect, which can improve the clinical performance of patients, the reproductive health of female patients and the quality of sexual life.
