西安地区成人慢性咳嗽的常见临床特征

摘要：

目的 总结西安地区成人慢性咳嗽的临床特征。方法 回顾性分析我院纳入研究的64 例不同病因的慢性咳嗽患者的临 床特征。结果 64 例不同病因的慢性咳嗽患者经诊治后，总结西安地区成人慢性咳嗽患者的临床特征。其中GERC、AC、CVA 以晨起咳嗽症状为主；EB 以晨起咳嗽及夜间咳嗽症状为主，而UACS 以湿咳症状为主。结论 通过针对慢性咳嗽患者CVA、AC、GERC、EB 及UACS 各类型病因的特异性治疗后，总结慢性咳嗽患者的临床特征，为西安地区慢性咳嗽患者的临床治疗 提供有效依据。

ABSTRACT: Objective To sum up the clinical characteristics of chronic cough among adults in Xi``an region. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to the clinical characteristics of 64 patients with different causes of chronic cough treated in our hospital. Results After the diagnosis and treatment of 64 chronic cough patients with different causes, the clinical characteristics of chronic cough among adults in Xi``an area were summarized. GERC, AC, and CVA had the main symptoms of cough in the morning; EB had the main symptom of cough in the morning and at night; while UACS had the main symptom of wet cough. Conclusion Through specific treatment for the causes of CVA, AC, GERC, EB, and UACS in chronic cough patients, we summarized the clinical characteristics of chronic cough, so as to provide effective evidence for the clinical treatment of chronic cough among patients in Xi``an area.
