荜拔、黄连、栀子为主药的穴位敷贴治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究荜拔、黄连、栀子为主药的穴位敷贴治疗慢性胃炎的临床价值。方法 将我院收治的135 例慢性胃炎患者随 机分为A、B、C 三组，各45 例。所有患者均接受穴位敷贴治疗，A 组给予黄连、元胡、栀子、木香；B 组给予荜拔、龙胆草、丁香； C 组给予栀子、连翘、元胡、淡豆豉。比较三组患者疗效及治疗前、后的症状积分。结果 A 组患者治疗总有效率显著高于B、C 组（P<0.05），B、C 两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，三组患者胃胀、胃痛、大便不畅、口苦及总分与治疗前比较， 显著降低（P<0.05），A 组积分显著低于B、C 组（P<0.05），B、C 组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 以黄连为主的黄连、 元胡、栀子、木香方用于慢性胃炎穴位敷贴具有良好的临床疗效，可有效改善胃胀、胃痛等症状。

Clinical effect of acupoint application in treating chronic gastritis by using piperlongum, coptis chinensis and gardenia

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical value of acupoint application in treating chronic gastritis by using piperlongum, coptis chinensis and gardenia. Methods A total of 135 chronic gastritis patients who received acupoint application in our hospital were randomly divided into group A (giving coptis chinensis, rhizoma corydalis, gardenia and radix aucklandiae), group B (giving piperlongum, gentiana scabra bunge and clove) and group C (giving gardenia, forsythia suspense, rhizoma corydalis and semen sojea praeparatum), with 45 cases in each group. The curative effect and the symptom scores before and after treatment were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B and group C (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the group B and group C (P>0.05). After treatment, the bloating, stomach pain, poor stool, pain scores and total score in the three groups significantly decreased (P<0.05); the scores of the group A were significantly lower than those of the group B and group C (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the group B and group C (P>0.05). Conclusion The prescription of coptis chinensis, rhizoma corydalis, gardenia and radix aucklandiae for chronic gastritis of acupoint application has good clinical curative effect, which can effectively improve the bloating, stomach pain and other symptoms.
